We offer a warranty of 5 years from the date of purchase for free-of charge repair service for our products and parts. We accept a request for our warranty service only when you have a LANZZO guarantee card with purchase date, retail store, item number and serial number indicated on it, or if you have lost it, you have the receipt issued at the time of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, carelessness, accident, ordinary wear and tear, water, oxidation, transportation by airline and other carriers, or the like. Please note that repair service for any such damage will be charged.
Any dent in an aluminum product is basically considered “ordinary wear and tear,” but for excessive wear and tear, we may fix the dent from inside.
*For any damage caused by an airline, please check with the airline before passing through customs for an international flight, or upon receiving your luggage for a domestic flight.
If your suitcase is damaged from ordinary use and is difficult to repair, we will replace it with the same or any equivalent product. After the expiration of the 5-year warranty period, we offer repair service for a charge.
TSA locks, approved and accepted by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration, are designed to allow locked luggage to be checked by an airline even in the United States, where the most strict security checks are performed.
When going through the country’s rigorous security checks, if you are a little worried about handing over your luggage unlocked, or if you are absolutely against it, you can find our suitcases and suitcase belts with TSA-approved locks – excellent and practical items that are essential for a comfortable and safe trip to the United States. Bags with these locks are screened by TSA agents stationed at each U.S. airport using a special tool to open the lock through a keyhole at the bottom. After the screening, the agents lock the bags again. This means you can leave your bags with a TSA-approved lock with your airline without unlocking them.
